I went out to head to work and I had a flat tire. I have AAA so I called them. Within 5 minutes they had a driver from Bobby and Steves Auto in root with a ETA of LESS than 60 minutes. I went out and cleaned of the car and opened trunk and left a key in the car. I went inside my house, 245 minutes later I received a call from the dispatcher that the driver is less than 10 minutes out. I used the bathroom and fed the dog, looked out the window and saw the big truck. By the time I got to my car in my driveway the Technician Jeff already had the spare tire on my vehicle and was finishing locking the bolts on the wheel. I was very impressed with urgency they showed to get me back on the road safely. I spent more time talking to Jeff about the vehicle and the weather than I did anything else. As a person who values good customer care, I give them a 10+. I will definitely request their service again if I need it.

Took my flat tire in to get assessed. Too close to the rim to patch-bummer! They had to order the tire, but got it there the next morning and replaced in 20 minutes! They also noticed the other rear tire had a nail in it and patched that before I had to deal with another flat! Great service and communication throughout. My dealer couldn’t get me in for a week so I was thrilled with the turn around!
