I appreciate how respectful the employees are and I appreciate the super detailed explanations of everything that needed to be fixed with my car. Even though I decided to not sink anymore money into repairing my car, the staff were really friendly and didn't try to push a sale on me. That could mean it's totaled or it needs a new battery. You're going to have to call them and specify.
Anton, What type of vehicle are you looking for service on? On most transmissions we would remove the pan, clean out the debris, replace the filter and fill the fluid rather than flush the unit. Thanks, Matt
