Today was our first experience at this facility and I loved it. I called to see if they could work my son in sooner because he recently broke his ankle and the orthopedic wanted to do a CT scan. Triad Dental let us come in sooner, got us in, and quickly got us out. Kalondra was the dental assistant that helped us and she was fabulous!!! My son loved her!!! She was upbeat, friendly, and made sure my son was comfortable. This is where we will be going and will be seeing Kalondra again!!

Hello Goodbye

I gave them a 1 because they updated a policy where if you don’t confirm an appointment they will cancel your already scheduled appointment and give it to someone else. This was in no way communicated when the appoint was made. My daughter had a cavity fill-in appointment that had already been pushed out 2 months from the original cleaning because they didn’t have time to do her fill-ins. Meanwhile you still get email reminders advising you that you have an appointment. They don’t send any type of communications letting you know the appointment has been cancelled so you can don’t miss unnecessary days at work and your kids don’t miss school. This is extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate of peoples time. Its like the right hand isn’t telling the left hand what it is doing.

The office was very clean and fast. Front staff was friendly, and dentist was very good kids. Very good first experience ❤️
