BEWARE they only show good reviews!!!! Worse billing department anywhere. Canceled all my future appts and will not be back after being there since Dental Care was established in the 1970’s. You pay your bill and they come up with more charges. They change networks constantly and sell off to someone else constantly.

I’ve been a patient at this same practice all of my life and I’ve never felt so oppressed. Hygenist Lorraine on the 2nd floor isn’t my regular dental hygienist but my appointment was the result of a cancellation today. For that I am grateful. While cleaning my teeth, I felt that she was less than professional and low key racially profiling and being micro aggressive. She would drop the tools on my chest as she switched them out. She would allow water to get all over the outside of my mouth and barely dab the excess, barely suction my mouth, shoving tools in my gum line a couple times. I felt as if my needs as a patient we’re not being met because of my outer appearance. SMH!!! Being a person of color and Muslim it sickens me that in 2022 we have to second guess whether medical professionals diagnose and treat US accurately. She didn’t give me a follow up reminder to schedule a 6 month appointment nor did she offer to give me a new toothbrush, which is proper appointment etiquette. There needs to be more sensitivity training on equity and equality in the health care system. We are tax paying citizens forced to be American NOT Property! I hope she sees this review and reflect. Humanity does not exist.
