This is the only shelter I have ever stayed at and compared to what I feared a shelter would be like.... It was nothing like that. You had privacy and the staff was helpful but gave you your space.

The people here are genuine. They are dedicated to help families (especially with children) in need. New to the area , they assisted my family with a number of things to help us get situated here in Olympia. They are awesome 😊

I'm supportive of the Pear Blossom Shelter in Olympia, Washington. They are doing a great job with helping homeless family's. I've seen personally the great work they have done. I know that it's not easy to find the funds to help the family's that want to find a place to live and that really wants to rise above homelessness. If you can help in any way please contact someone about finding out more. Thank you for taking the time to read this message.

There are rooms. There's a waiting list though. If it's during the winter months, they have emergency shelter for families. As stated above, check with Family Support Service it Family Resources.
They take donations at the family support center I believe.

Call and ask to talk with Amanda +13606287343
Just call, it's a family shelter so you must have children in your care or be currently pregnant. It's for come first serve. But the policy is that they don't turn anyone that qualifies away.
Yes, you can!
Thank u
Depends..Cold weather earliest check in is at 7 pm and wake up 7 am. If you live in a room its pretty much whenever but requested to be respectful wth times as the staff are volunteers and during cold weather months there are people who sleep in the common area.
