A year ago I reviewed Winston Smiles with 5 stars. Great team, wonderful hygienists and dentists. However, in May my husband and I had our semi-annual cleaning and checkup. We received a bill in the mail for services covered by our dental insurance??? I called the office and found that Winston Smiles no longer participates in the United Concordia Insurance network!!!! We were Never notified by Winston Smiles that they were no longer in Network. What if this had been an emergency appointment? This is very poor business standards..

I am very, very disappointed in this facility...The Dentist and Receptionist knows why..My son is the person who will not get his dental work finished, that they had sat out to do...Its not fair for him....no compromise from Dr. Taylor and staff, their office was at fault for non-communications...I will speak up for my Son...My review got deleted...I am reposting..Whole situation is wrong...
