Was seen here 10/10/22 by Anthony F. Friendy PA-C. I arrived 7:50pm. Closing hours were at 8:00pm. I was having muscle spasms in my back. He told me I should go to my family Dr that this place is for acute pain! He also told me I have been here multiple times for the same issue. I explained this was my second visit for back spasms. I asked him if he could give me an injection for the spasms. He told me he doesn't typically give injections! I said, if you don't want to help me let me know! Then he agreed to give me the injection. He told me if I came here again, he wouldn't treat me for this issue. He told me I need to find a family Dr and that I should go to therapy for my back. He also gave me lists of family drs. I actually have a family Dr. This is not my issue. He was so unprofessional! I said to the nurse who gave me the injection that every time I've ever been here I never had a bad experience but the Dr was just mean!! She appoligized to me. Never in my life have I been treated or been spoken to like this by a medical professional! He needs to be reported!

This place was a life saver today! Got me in and out fast and efficient…The ladies where so friendly! It’s only been a few hours after my appointment and I feel 80% better I’m shocked.. Definitely recommend.

Expect to pay above plan coverage and over six months of billing investigation... Money paid is about as good as gone. Seems friendly, but depending on specific need, services may not be available. Advise let them know what you're in for and have backup plan if cannot serve you.
