Have to buy their lock, but if you need help with it you have to wait at least two weeks for an unspecified date when maintenance will be by. If I'm on my own WHY can't I use my own lock? Weak.

These aholes tried to raise my rent almost 30% overnight "with 30days notice" and for what? Did I get better service, more cubic feet? These are the worst aholes. I moved out asap in <60 days. The worst in self storage corporate greed. …
