There are no requirements besides being 16+. But I promise you you don't want to work here.
I don't work at Happy Tails, but my dog has gone, and it appeared as though they had the smaller and larger dogs separated into different yards for play groups.
I think I have seen a sign on side of the road that does say "now hiring"
When I used it a year ago it was 50.00 a night.
