Well first off I wouldn't get 4 piercings at once in the same ear, it will be really painful and increase the risk of complications for each piercing. Anyway, their ear price is $25 I believe, including jewelery. Per single piercing. So 4 piercings/earrings would be $100. And there is some evidence that daith piercings can help with migraines, mostly anecdotal. For some it helps a lot, for some not at all. But hey, looks good either way! :) You can call to make sure of the price but that's what it was last I went.
