Google them- get wrong number that tells you to call another number- get a guy that tells you to call yet another number. Still wearing masks there when you are already 6 feet apart and only 3 in the room- GET REAL. Then I have to bring a copy of the vertificate again when I re-test- shy dont they keep a copy- 0bviously I had one to test this time.

Two fingerprinting appointments cancelled without notice in the last month. No phone call, email, text, nothing! Don’t schedule here - look elsewhere. Ridiculous.

After collecting all of your personal data (required) including Social Security number and all online test results from schools and county certificates, they then package up all of your video and audio recordings and test results and sell them to third parties (as mentioned in the fine print). Schools and counties require you to use Pearson services because they are too ignorant to understand how data collection works. I have attempted to reach out to Pearson many times with zero reply.

Ug. Put a contact phone number on your website! Your website is an endless loop of contact us pages and FAQs with no way to contact the company. I'm giving you hundreds of dollars and I can't even email you. I feel like their website is a scam, hope it's not.
