I was on my way to work yesterday and got behind the trash truck and the employee yelled cuss words at me for absolutely no reason. Completely unprofessional. I will cancel my service and never recommend this company.

We've used BSS since Morrison's was bought out a few years ago. The pickup staff constantly leave the can in front of the mail box, blocking the mail carrier's access to our box, which means we don't get mail on trash pickup days. We've complained multiple times. The office staff is wonderful, but the pickup staff simply refuse to return the can to behind the mail box. I've noticed other customers' cans left on the edge of the road. They simply don't care.

I live on a road that has several houses on it and everyone puts their trash cans at the end of my driveway. everyone on that road uses Benfield sanitation BSS dumped a trash bag out of the trashcan left it with it spilled and trash all over my yard at the end of the driveway. when I called to let them know the guy that answered the phone that I spoke to wanted an address so I told him the address of where the trash was scattered but because I personally don’t have an account he would not even take my complaint he was very rude on the phone he wouldn’t even acknowledge that they left trash all over my yard I will not use this trash company if you paid me to now and I was in fact looking for a trash company myself seeing as I just moved there. My mother lives right beside me and does use BSS, she’s definitely rethinking this!!
