Why order large fries when they’re only going to fill them half way. Come on Chick-fil-A I expect better than that

I typically prefer to write rave reviews about a business but today I was treated absolutely unreasonably. I ordered a breakfast item before their “cut off time” and when I arrive to the location it’s 10:29am and there is a long line. When I get to the person taking my order, they proceed to tell me that breakfast is over and I can’t get my mobile order request. Mind you I saw the red alert on the app that breakfast was ending a few minutes from the moment I placed the order and live down the street so I decided to order and make my way to this location. Much to my surprise I am turned away saying they don’t have the ingredients at this point 4 minutes (due to the wait in drive thru line) later. While chick fil a prides themselves on superior service, this experience was absolutely unnecessary and could have been avoided. They easily could have made one more breakfast sandwich and made me a happy customer but instead the manager decided to reiterate their policy to me and mention that they cut off breakfast one car ahead of me. The service today was a huge let down and to hear their “manager on duty” state “policy” to me is just a lame excuse. The entire situation situation could have been handled differently but alas here I am writing this review for service that is less than satisfactory and hoping this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Slow service! Ordered online 25min ahead of time and waited 20 after checking in. Talked to the staff and she wasn't nice or even apologized for the delay, It would have been much faster to go through the drive through. Also, they forgot to put straws!!! this is probably the third or fourth time forgetting the straws and/or sauces, Management, we love Chick-fil-A food but this issues need to be fixed because we fed up!
