McDonald’s is now one of my new favorites, just tried it recently and the double quarter pounder I had must’ve been the best burger I’ve had in awhile. The food was so cheap and quick it surprised me. There are lots of interesting personalities in McDonald’s too I’ll say, so it’s just a whole experience that you have to experience and see for yourself. Go for it I recommend.

Two of the five stars revoked because of the rude security guard working here. I am a security officer myself, right across the street at Founder's Square. I went in after my shift to get some breakfast and a coffee, and when I walked in the door, nature suddenly called, and I had to use the restroom. So I tried to do that and was accosted by the security guard telling me the bathroom was for paying customers only. I said I was going to go to the counter and order as soon as I was finished in the bathroom, and he wasn't having it at all. He's lucky I didn't whip it out and urinate right then and there, but decided to avoid it and just left and stopped somewhere else for breakfast.

The black girl who works at the what is very rude. I heard her talking about the customers. This whole location is biased towards people who are lower income. They do things like preventing bathroom access, turning the AC down, and if they could get away with it, preventing them from placing an order. I'm not sure but they have a security guard there who also helps out with the orders. He can be seen grabbing bags and calling order numbers. I really don't know if that's cool or naw. For this restaurant to be in the middle of downtown Dallas, the employees are not nice at all. No one from there corporate office seems to care, because it's still the way it is. They were asked to drop in either after hours or on the weekend just to see how the crew operates. I hope they can get that taken care of soon because it's not a cool look for the golden arches. The french fries are not that great there, either. At least mine's weren't, they tasted old and cold which was very depressing. Definitely a waste of money going there that day. I really do like McDonald's, just not this location.

The staff was so busy with the drive thru that my order got bumped (or forgotten). I thought it would be much faster. The place was clean a well kept and they had a great sign there

Downtown you cant use their bathroom unless you purchase something. It's the area you're in. Go to the outlying towns like Carrollton they won't do that. They can't be expected to cater to the massive homeless population. If you go to the library downtown you can't use the bathroom due to the crowd of homeless washing in there.

My experience with this particular McDonald's on downtown Commerce is that it is clean, there is no soda fountain public use so that keeps things contained, they don't publicize the use of the facilities but when I am placing my order and ask to use bathroom it has been granted. The order staff are behind protective shields so I give it a safe and clean pass. Oh, food made to order, hot tasty, the McDonald's traditional way. Badabababa!
Supposedly they are 24/7 but every time I get off the bus at 5ish in the morning (if I come down this way) it looks closed. I was told once that they open the lobby at 7 am. For a place that's 24/7 it shouldn't be closed.
