Apologies but the night crew is RUDE! They sound bitter for being so young working the night shift. Every time (last 3 months) I pick up an order the employee(s) are so rude, unhelpful, and seem bothered when a request is made. How is this a contract worker’s fault who picks up an order for a customer? Is this not their job? This is horrible. I would not order from here, personally. Please be kind or get a job you are not unhappy at.

no one took our order at drive thru, we had to pull up to the window and order, then wait 10 minutes for the order. service is always lacking at this location, they always get my order wrong or forget to add condiments utensils, they need to step up their service

Food was nice and git and the customer service was great. Tried their breakfast menu and it was surprisingly Delish! Better than McDonald's breakfast actually...wow.

As we picked up two orders this evening before closing, we met a young lady working the drive thru named Abby, and honestly couldn't have met a more kinder person she went above and beyond and made us feel welcomed listened to what we asked for and everything in our orders came out exactly right no complications and cheerful attitude, I highly recommend this Wendy's and speaking and ordering from Abby!, Give this young lady a Raise!!
