You cannot depend on it's website. Note that it claims "dine in" and "drive through". We got there on a Saturday morning around 9:45 to find the front door locked, and the only unlocked entrance to be the kitchen. When we knocked there an employee told us NO DINE IN SERVICE!! We had driven there specifically because the website said we COULD dine in which we wanted to do before going on down the road to the Arboretum!!.

The manager Benny treats you like she does her workers and likes to boss you around the drive thru. Other employees are super nice but are mistreated by their manager, it’s not fair to them. You can hear her yelling in the back to her employee’s. Also yells at you because she doesn’t know how to work her system. Handed her my phone to prove to her I had a pickup and I payed. She wanted us to pay again. She didn’t make the order as soon we got there, she decided to send me back to the drive thru, make me show her my phone and hold us up for 15 minutes and then she began to make my order, not until after the fact. Very bad service here!

31 dollars and some change for 3 orders the fries was soggy wimpy mushy how disgusting the damage they've done to their magical fry. (which we did not ask for XL) 2 orders 10 piece chicken nuggets the grease and 1 carmel sundae that was half fulI but then I open up that filet of fish that they had us wait for because it was being made fresh🤣🤣🤣 I cant believe how McDonald's Corporate allow employees to destroy the slogan "I'm Lovin' It" What about their mission? "Our mission is to make delicious feel-good moments easy for everyone'. My son beg me not to say anything because my Grandson was in the car. CLOSE DOWN THAT LOCATION OR FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF Horrible just horrible we threw it away.
