Towing is enforced as said in sign coming into the entrance. But it’s to the point where serval residents feel as if it’s harassment for excessive towing. My family has lived here for years and watched how prices have gone up and now we can’t even park outside of our homes. I called Lizard Lick which is the company they call for towing they towed 4 cars from this neighborhood just today. They are taking advantage of minority communities such as this one.

Terrible neighbor. Towing for anything my car was not even 2 tires in and they tried to tow it had to pay $100 just for them to take it down , they said something about the office has a new policy but when I went to the office they couldn’t even give a reasonable answer . Talked to the general manager she was acting like a whole child . Saying people were “ganging “ up on her when she was asked questions, if she doesn’t like people asking more than one question than this is not the job for her , her answer was doing signs with her hand how much a car as too be parked but yet no policy on PAPER ! Paper doesn’t specify how a car should or shouldn’t be parked , like how are general manager was trying to say … It’s ridiculous that they try to tow peoples cars over parking that the own people are PAYING .

A horrible place to deliver to. The entrance is the same as the exit which means you can be blocked in easily. Also a ridiculous amount of speed bumps. If you do any kind of delivery work, I highly recommend avoiding this place. Barely anyone shows appreciation. Sorry.
