There is never anyone at the front to help check you out. The last 4 times I've been here I've had to wait at minimum 10 mins to even start checking out. The self checkout setup never seems to be working.

Worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. Avoid if possible. Incompetent, slow, and almost always understaffed. Today I was on hold for 20 minutes and nobody answered. Their drive thru was broken again too. There's a couple of techs who appear smarter than some of the pharmacists.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy everytime I come here understaffed. I have seen them close lines inside and drive thru when people had already been waiting a long time. This is drive thru and inside both had long wait times.

AVOID THIS CVS! Went to pick up pictures. Stood at the register for a long time, while 5 employees just looked at me. When someone finally said to me, "what do you want"...she got my pictures, making it clear I was an inconvenience. She handed me the pictures and walked away. I thought she would be right back for me to pay, but she disappeared. Then someone else walked by and just said, "use the self checkout, we are busy". This is not the first time this has happened and will be my last time ever going to this CVS. What is the point of having employees if they don't want to work, make your customers feel unwelcome and clearly will not help you. (Note: I watched 3 other customers walk out because they could not get help while I was waiting to pick up my pictures.)
