Just leased a new Kia Sorento from them yesterday. Every touchpoint from them was very professional. Mike is a great salesperson and Tim, the Sales Manager is a long-time car guy who just wants to make his customers happy. The Tropical Storm made the power flicker on and off and we weren't able to sign any papers, but we still got to drive our new vehicle home (with dealer plates). Very accommodating. And our lease payment is lower than what we had on our 5-year old minivan! The best.

Very un- informed and incompetent Service Department I have ever spoken with!! Product knowledge is non existent in their service staff all the way to service manager! I would not allow them to put air in a tire! Total incompetent service Department.Car was there for Oil Consumption issue plaguing Optima and Sorentos from 2011 thru 2019.
