Prices and service were fine no complaints there but I do have to say that walking into our room on the 10th floor was a displeasing moment. The room had a little bit of a smell along with the bed sheets. The floors were dirty there was hair and dirt from previous stays, the bathroom was dirty specially the toilet seat and the shower, the sink counter had dust and stains all over it. I decided not to complain or say anything because I was only staying for one night but nonetheless it made me super uncomfortable not knowing how clean the entire room was specially the bed we were sleeping in.

Every hotel should have a staff like they have here. They were awesome! Helpful, friendly and 1000% fabulous! The room was spotless. My only complaint would be was the room was a little cluttered. Breakfast was delicious! Thanks for making my stay fantastic?

I didn't like how small the room was and the bathroom door didn't close completely and on top of that we had to pay to park in a lot that wasn't connected to the hotel so we had to walk. We suppose to stayed 3days but I checked out today. Will not stay again oh the wall paint was peeling and the chair in the room was ripped. It looked creepy in the hallway too.

I'll give it an "ok" instead of "poor" only because the bed was comfortable. Beware- there is NO WHERE to park. We stayed in a king sized room, and it was the smallest room we have ever stayed in before. The hallways have a weird purple ambiance to them, and the rooms are dark at night. The shower water didn't get hot- just lukewarm, and the bathroom sing smelled of mildew. We have found ourselves staying in Dallas more often, but will not return to this location.

Only valet, expensive, but the guys running it showed us they watch our cars with several cameras 24/7. They were very good about bringing our car quickly several times a day
I think there is a parking garage around there. I would call and ask front desk. They are quite friendly
No...and its a good distance away so it would be an expensive Uber ride..but public transportation can get you there
That's an excellent question and I'm very sure you aren't the only one who hasn't wondered that a time or two. With nothing except the desire to provide the most accurate response, I'm going to ask Google for you. After "Ok Google" showed me the best answer for you it appears that the hotel runs a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and other points of interest and according to customer reviews it tends to be rather prompt. To get times or other pertinent information I advise you to call the hotel directly. Have a great stay and welcome to Dallas!!
FROM LOVE FIELD: Take I-35E South from Herb Kelleher Way and West Mockingbird Lane. Then follow I-35E to Commerce St./Commerce St. Viaduct. Take exit 428C from I-35E South. Continue on Commerce St. and drive to Houston St.
I think it depend on the front desk. I was able to check in early. Maybe it depends on the rooms they have available at that time.
They are not pet friendky and if youre like me its prettymuch impossible to get away with unless you have a rope and a room on a low floor
No. There are lots a block or so away or there is a valet in the lobby. You pay the valet separate. They won't add to room charges.
