This is the worst place to be. Everytime I’ve gone to the library for help, they haven’t been able to help me. Let’s start off with how I needed a charger for my laptop, and they wouldn’t let me take the charger without taking the laptop. Second I had to borrow equipment from Area 49. They won’t let you borrow for more than a week. If I actually needed it for only a week, I wouldn’t be here. Third, another time I had to borrow a camera and they gave me the wrong charger. I was never able to use the camera and I needed it for an important professional exam. Last but not least no one there knows how to edit videos. Thanks a lot. I talked to 3 people, they couldn’t do it. They said someone knows how to help with video editing but that person isn’t here today. There’s more bad stuff that happened but here’s just some examples.

Yes, the public is welcome during most hours (all hours during the summer). We have computers for the public to use on the first floor on the left side.
Under normal circumstances, the general public would be allowed to use the library. However, due to COVID-19, the library is open for students/staff/faculty for Fall 2020. I would check their availability next year to see if they will open for the public in the Spring. I hope this helps.
The tables in the Atrium are also intended for that purpose and have a light as well. Study carrels are along the windows of most floors 2-9.
It’s 24hrs from Sunday to Thursday, and you can study here but you can only get in with a uncc ID when it’s late, (8ish?)
