They didn't have the car I reserved and tried to get me to take a larger vehicle. Ended up waiting for them to deliver another car from a different lot (with out of state plates and an expired tag sticker). Had to take an early flight so needed to drop the car off at the airport rather than the pick up location about 4 miles away. Enterprise ended up charging me a $200 drop fee bc of this. Terrible service...avoid reserving from them.

I have used several enterprise locations over the years and I have never seen the unprofessionalism, disconnect and sarcasm that I’ve experienced with this branch. I called to ask a simple question to ask when a smaller car would be available and I keep getting the runaround from different people giving me different answers and some more straight up rude. Dante in particular seem to be annoyed about me asking a simple question and then when he gave me an answer I wanted a follow up to ask about the reservation/appointment of when a smaller car will be available and I was told just give a call back on five days from now and we will see. This after getting a completely different answer earlier in the day as well as a completely different answer the previous day.It just seems that they really could care less about the customer service and even explaining to a client their options out to figure out the issue/problems that I have. If I were you I would never use this branch and I would give it a zero stars if I could.

Great place for rental easy pickup n dropoff also amazing customer service from this place which haven’t seen from any other enterprise location.. will come back soon..!

The manager is great he has an excellent attitude he very kind and helpful . I'm not sure if his name but he worked that Thursday morning very helpful gentleman very kind gentleman his partner was another female that worked with him I can't think of her name but she was not very nice she seems like she had a bit of an attitude as if she was showing off in front of the supervisor she needed an attitude adjustment the car that we had battery died on us we missed two days of fun on our vacation in Virginia we had to get a jump from someone we had to take the car to Firestone to get a new battery they did not answer the phone when we tried to call Enterprise for them to verify their car but once we got it together we was on our way I will probably rent for Enterprise again but they really need to get it together first and have their employees adjust their attitudes and get things right
