When I first checked into the room there was a plunger in the bathroom which I though was a bit odd. The toilet ended up plugging. I asked for it to be fixed. The housekeeper came in and cleaned the bathroom leaving the plunger in the unfixed toilet. I had to move rooms at 10:30 pm which was an inconvenience, and they had all day to fix it. It did not seem to bother anyone that we were moving all of our items at 10:30 pm because they failed to fix the toilet.

Manipulative and dishonest staff. Front desk lady checked me in at 5am when records indicate I didn't even arrive at this location until 6 in order to limit my stay in the room. When pointing out the discrepancy, the morning manager noticed the issue, changed his story and called the police one when I asked for a copy of my check in paperwork so I could dispute the payment. If you want to ripped off this is the perfect location for you. 1/10. Will not be staying again.

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at recently. Polite staff, very quiet atmosphere. Has full breakfast with multiple options. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Denton.

Not bad for an overnight. Nice room with a king size bed, small sofa and a large flat screen TV. It was very comfortable for my accommodations. Other than a few cosmetic flaws. You could definitely tell that there was a water leak at one point in that room due to rippling paint and ceiling not finished painted completely with a little water staining. Other than that I had a great time!
