Sat in this place for an hour with no service. A worker acknowledged us and told us he was with a customer that was a “smoke break” so he couldn’t service. We came in with intentions of buying the most expensive phone they had there, you’d think someone would have jumped at the sale. Never have good experiences at this place. Unfortunately it’s one of the only options in the area.

Had a shattered screen on my phone there were 2 representatives at the Pounding Mill facility, Hanah and Sam, went above and beyond to get me back in the saddle. Verizon needs more representatives that display the qualities they provided. I appreciate yall making a not so good situation a pleasant experience for me. Kudos

Starts with a credit check if you don't already have service, then goes from there usually depending if it's acceptable, the state it's in, and which Galaxy phone you're looking for.
Go to Verizon website and search byod. Type in your Imei number and check capability
