Ok then. After waiting and waiting to be acknowledged, only to be ignored after 9 trips to your store, I am done with Verizon! Your employees are lazy, do not want to work and your company apparently doesn't want my money since I was trying to purchase a brand new phone. Just so you understand the level of non-attentiveness that I as well as other customers have been shown, during my last visit here 3 of us walked out after being intentionally ignored for almost an hour!!!!! I will be witching carriers TODAY!!

Dealt with this manager D Gentry today and can’t believe he disrespected one of my employees at the location and myself over the phone. He claimed he knew me and told me he would put hands on me, pull up at his store location and then proceed to disrespect her as he walked out the location. I’ve never seen a so called manager act that way because of a return.

In Monroe the Verizon store just past the steak house on right and across from Big Lots on 74 has the greatest people and we only use Verizon.
Corporate store
Verizon in Monroe on hwy 74, across from Target....if it is set up on Verizon network. Sprint is next door. Or try the people at Best Buy.

Verizon stores do not repair, though there are a few repair places around Monroe...I would guess and say around 100 bucks for repair
