What an ABYSMAL experience! Made an in-person visit in a last hope of salvaging my nearly 20-year relationship with Verizon, as I was facing either a no-benefits 20% price hike or doubled cell costs. Left after suffering condescension, reprimand (!), and loud (as in calling out across the store) mockery — from the person in charge!! The rep couldn't offer anything I hadn't already seen online; even gave me bad information. Do not subject yourself to this store. Thank goodness I drove the 6-8 miles to Cellular Sales at Waverly (a Verizon partner)! They're knowledgeable, kind, and terrifically helpful! In just a few minutes, they were able to arrange exactly what I'd tried for hours to get from Verizon itself — plus a new phone.

Will definitely not be returning to this location. I made an appointment today for 1pm to upgrade my device, I came to the store already knowing the device and accessories that I wanted. I wasn't ready to be seen for my appointment until more than 30 minutes later, by which time I had already left. What is the point of scheduling an appointment time between work/other obligations if said time can't be met, especially if walk-ins are being seen first?

Save your time and go to the Ballantyne Verizon. Terrible customer service. Normally don’t ever write bad reviews but this place deserved one as they don’t know what they’re talking about when it comes to things.

Brandon helped me resolve a very complicated issue with the assistance of an associate in corporate. He worked very hard to get it all correct and I really appreciate all of his help. Time is so valuable and he was very cognizant of that and did everything to get it done!
