Retail Sales Consultant Daeshawn Sylvester was friendly and very well versed in the products. I had several questions about upgrading my phone as well as my wife’s. He was able to answer and was not pushy in any way. I did not immediately upgrade, but have kept his card, will talk to my wife, and if we do decide to upgrade will definitely search Daeshawn out.
