It's a great store

Angel solved our problem that had us without service for two days, with nothing but patience and professionalism! We went to the mall Verizon store because the other franchise store in uptown is always so busy. Angel was alone in the mall store and he stayed on hold with level two tech support for almost an hour all while helping a steady stream of other people, he was our angel today!

I went in and Vectra served me. I upgraded my phone easily and quickly. Fastest it has ever taken in a Verizon store!
