This dealership and company is the worst I’ve ever known. The staff completely ignores customers, they do not give out courtesy cars after they tell you we have no idea when we can fix your car. Yet Hyundai still wants a payment on recalled vehicles that you can’t drive! Management ignores you and doesn’t know how to manage a dealership. I dealt with the manager Kenny specifically and he basically said oh well the hell with you. He is completely out of his league and can’t handle basic management and organizational skills. The excuse is I am short staffed. which would be fine if they had the decency of giving you an update. Basic customer service is non existent. Half the time they don’t even pick up the phone not even for Hyundai corporate. Do not buy a car from there. Do not buy a Hyundai and do not get your car serviced there. I’ve been without a car for two weeks and I need it to work and I have no idea when I’m getting it back. Never in my life have I been so disgusted. This work ethic is exactly why this country is going to hell!

I did not rate it 3 stars. Which it showed. I raised it to 5. Friendly, knowledgeable. They know their job. You will never be surprised. They always keep in touch about repairs and price.

I have leased multiple vehicles here and always got reasonable prices.
Try contacting the bank that approved the loan, Also notify the general manager and explain your situation. The last thing Hyundai wants its a unsatisfied customer. You can't change the past of what happened but you can certainly try to get a reimbursement. Good luck Lauren and sorry for your experience
