Update 2022, The housing market is so much demand that the company that manages the complex is refusing to renew my lease due to no fault of mine. The management company is forcing me out against my wishes. Even those I figure my rent would go up can pay. They are only willing to transfer me to a new unit under a brand lease at market rent. 1600+ plus. It's not worth that. Trust me. This complex is 40 years old. I personally don't want to do business with a company that is so incredibly money hungry. Watch your back with this management company they care more about money; than people. Updated 2021- My property was bought by another company. My office staff are so kind. The maintenance staff and office manager believe in hearing our concerns and doing what they can for us residents. Maintenance is top-notch. I have made requests and they have in done in a reasonable amount of time. During the Texas snowstorm 2021, the office turned off the water to save our property from getting ruined by pipes bursting. I love that they looked out for us even if it cause them grief. I was and still am beyond thankful for foresight in that matter. As u can see the complex is consistent with a certain level of customer service. I have been here for 4 years I am not moving anytime soon! I love calling this place home! April 2019 Updated- I have lived here for a over year now. I have truly been beyond blessed. The maintenance guys saved my pup several times when my ac unit bit the dust or the thermostat went out. Even before I knew there was an issue! The complex staff who work here genuinely care about their residents. I am ready to sign another lease quickly. My apartment is spacious and they have put new windows. It's breathe the fresh air. The office staff are always happy to see u. I love calling this place home! March 2018- The office staff is beyond friendly. The maintenance staff is fast and prompt. This community is extremely welcoming. The General manager is willing to discuss concerns and be friendly to residents and along with all her staff in the office. It is such a breath of fresh air. I will enjoy this apartment for many years to come. I would give it ten out of ten stars if I could.

I've lived here for just about a year now & just recently renewed my lease. Liz, Monica & the rest of the office staff have been nothing short of spectacular & amazing. I had a small issue when I first moved in (so small I don't even remember what it was). I talked to Liz, she basically told me that she had me covered & within maybe 5 minutes the issue was fixed. Liz is phenomenal, Monica is fantastic, even the maintenance guys whom I've never even met, wave at me & talk to me as if we're old friends. I LOVE this place! I truly feel (if you'll pardon the cliche) at home here.

We just recently moved to this apartment complex! We were in a time crunch of needing an apartment in less than a week and Monica tackled the task like a pro!! She has been nothing but amazing!! Highly recommend this apartment complex! There was even a few things that needed some attention inside the apartment and the morning of love in maintance was there first thing and took care of it all!!

I have been living here for a little over 1 year and going on to 2!! I really like it here i feel safe and the manager Liz and assistants Monica and Emma are very responsible and respectful, professional!! The maintenance here take care of everything pretty well!! Thank you for fixing any problems or concernings and taking the time to answer my calls!! :)
