This place is noisy! The air conditioning it's not working, the appliances are so old, etc. I gave up! I won't want to ask for anything to be checked because everything is not properly functioning and it is just a waste of time. I came yesterday by the office and the lady there completely ignored me. Like she didn't want me to be there! I can't say anything about Carrie because she is always trying to help and explain things. My apartment smells like rotten wood and can't find the source. Feels like I can't breathe sometimes. I don't feel safe after the jerk in the bicycle came out of nowhere very aggressive towards me the other day making rude comments about something that wasn't absolutely his business. Honestly, I regret being here. DO NOT MOVE HERE I'M HERE LEAVING IN HELL!! I have put numeropus complainst about the awful load music and they have not done anything about! there's no peace here! they can careless aboout the residents! The people are playing their music fom 11pm-1am. How is it possible??? that owner respond to this messages but is not able to put the disrespecfull people out this complex????

Update: - Giving this community 1 star (as google does not allow 0 stars) - The move out process is really bad - They charged me a lot for no reason and when requested for proof of damage they didn’t provide me any information - Openly exploiting money from the residents - I stayed here for 2 years 2 months and really disappointed with the move out process - Nice apartment complex (but it's old) - Rent is reasonable - Apartments are in good condition - Lot of parking space - Leasing office staff is FRIENDLY - Maintenance service is FAST - Grocery stores are near - No corporate discount or specials - Also, not a great offer even for referral - The complex isn't active though, no party/function. Nothing for Halloween, Christmas or New Year. Very dull from that point of view! - However, I would recommend this place to stay 🙂

Terrible place to live, the leasing office does not care about their residents in the least. Not to mention the parking availability is non-existent. They allow people to store vehicles that are completely unused in the most convenient spots for access to the building, as well as they do not prioritize the residents who live in these buildings. I have lived here for over two years and I am never able to park anywhere near my building, I have offered and asked to pay any amount in order to have access to any number of spots CLOSE to my building and have been told it’s not an option. It’s disappointing how little their front office values the people living here.

I must say, it has been such a pleasure to live here. The apartment is clean, I got lucky with a good view and the amenities stay clean. I like that the community is nice and respectful for the most part, never had any bad run-in, people are friendly. The office staff was always friendly and attentive, never had a problem there. Any service orders I made, were fixed in a timely and understandable fashion. I would totally recommend this place to reside for singles and families alike (try to get a south view too, you won't be disappointed!)
