Veronica rocks! We came in for a scheduled tour. They were on time albeit busy. We asked a lot of questions and she was very prepared and had answered them without any run around. We were very open and honest about our situation, and she helped us figure out we would not qualify very quickly and didn’t waste our time trying to take our money and lie to us like some companies. We really appreciated the honesty and found it very refreshing. Although we wouldn’t qualify, her professionalism deserves a shout out, and we will for sure be back here if we are ever in need and have better circumstances. Thanks again Veronica, and we wish y’all the best :)

I really didn’t want to say it but upon reading other reviews I don’t feel so ashamed. I found a tiny man living in my bathtub. I honestly don't know how to respond. I contacted the public works department and city council for his removal, but he lacks the appropriate representation. I even checked the local ordinances. There was a strict language barrier but the vernacular was apparent. He addressed me with numerous unspeakable slurs, if only to look me in the eyes at all without blinking. No words were exchanged, but all was made clear where he continues to reside indefinitely. Don't question why, he's exercised his intentions precisely to no end, and it's nothing to be trifled with. These are unreasonable conditions. Maintenance should really take care of this upon request. This is purely distressing. Please don’t ask me for further comment. It is said he operates under a different denomination, and he lacks the proper paperwork so we know who holds all the influence. He entertains the possibility of being removed only by the threat of force. Yes he sometimes carries a briefcase but I don't know what's in it. A man just seeks to provide for his family but I have yet to see proof of a wife or next of kin. Tiny man calls the shots. He allegedly operates a small construction company on the side with the use of a small forklift. He carries a wrench in one hand but no tool belt, what do you reckon that's for? Make no mistake, he has no respect for you or your charity. I'd tip my hat to him if I knew how he was making it so well in this economy. He credits his multiple streams of income from questionable sources. I don't know why he requires the additional real estate. The less I say on this matter the better. I will not be renewing my lease here. Shameful this should not be tolerated!!!

If you’re looking into moving in, here’s your sign DON’T!!!!! When checking the place out, they showed us a really nice model room which is “similar” to the one you’re gonna get. Problems started on move in day, place was disgusting, the bathroom sink was literally painted over, and not even well, it just looked dirty, even when you clean it, paint just comes off… second issue on day one ROACHES!! It’s a continuous problem even with pest control.. but don’t even get me started on pest control, they tell you what day they’re coming to spray but not what time.. if you’re not out of your home you get charged $200, so yea you’re pretty much kicked out of your home for an entire day, they could definitely be a little more professional and fix that, but the ladies at the office are RUDE! They’ll fight with tenants, call them liars, tell them that their issues are their own doing, and even kick them out of the office just because they don’t want to deal with you. Finally last and biggest issue, we noticed black mold starting to grow, when the issue was brought up, management was just HORRIBLE, they refused to talk to us. Even after getting sick and physically not being able to stay here anymore, they refused to take care of the issue or even take a look. If there is someone I can talk to about this lmk, because they need coursework done in customer service overall, or a new job!!
