FIVE STAR!!! My first appointment was in April 2022, Charlotte and her team were exceptional! I was so impressed with my braids, the detail, the professionalism and the customer service. This was the first time I had braids in over 20 years. Needless to say, I returned this week and Charlotte did an amazing job, small box braids in record time.
