Lady that cut my hair did not cut my hair even I’m going to have get it cut again I will definitely not be back to this location ever again

I just got my hair done at this location and I’m disappointed. I don’t even know the hair cutters name because she didn’t even introduce herself. She looked at the photos I had of what I wanted and then completely ignored them. My hair is down to my mid back and this appointment took less then 5 minutes and I’ve never had one that short. She didn’t talk to me at all and then instead of gently spraying my hair with water, she took the bottle and just kept spraying me in the face repeatedly. Following all of that, she completely butchered my hair cut since she didn’t take any time do it and then when she was done she just walked off and out the door. When I was leaving the place cause I had to wait for who I came in with, I see her coming back with a food bag in her hand. If she needed to go somewhere I would have been happy to wait instead of having her rush through it and out no effort into my hair.she Didn’t even ask me if I liked it or went to the counter for me to pay, she literally walked right out the door . I made an appointment so I wasn’t even a walk in and it’s mid-day and it was almost empty in the building. She was in no rush. I had to take off my own hair bib. That cost 25 dollars and she didn’t even do anything. I only learned her name from the receipt which a different hair cutter had to get for me. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was honestly terrible.

I had the worst hair cut experience in my life with Lisa. She cut my hair extremely short and had terrible attitude when I talked to her. I’ll never let her touch my hair. She made me so sad. Be careful to choose Lisa.
