My haircut came out nice so 3 stars. I was disappointed that the stylist used a small-toothed comb to start combing out my 4b/c hair. It was very uncomfortable and my hair wasn't combed out properly before cutting which from my observation caused the end result to be shorter than the pictures I provided beforehand. Won't be back for this reason.

Shinna was great. She can work well with 4c hair and the natural twists she did gave me compliments.
They expect people to book service several months in advance and charge cancelation fee if you can't make your appointment.
