Dr. Largen is a phenomenal pediatrician! She is caring, informative, & very professional. Dr. Largen listens to any concerns you may have, explains things thoroughly, & makes you feel welcome. She spends time with her patients & doesn't make you feel like you or your child are just a name on a chart. All of the staff at her practice are caring & super welcoming, from the front desk to the medical assistants.

We love Dr Largen. My daughter is fixing to turn 17 yrs old and the thought of her no longer being able to see Dr Largen once she turns 18 yrs old breaks my heart. This doctor is amazing with both of my teenage children, they also love and respect her. She speaks to them on their level while also keeping my husband and myself involved in conversation.

So yesterday I took two of my kids to their new pediatrician . It took me awhile to find the right one for my kids and I am so glad I found this place through a mom’s group on Facebook . After reading reviews and research, I thought I give this place a try . I’d give this place over 5 stars if I could . Wonderful staff and easy check in by phone instead of all those forms by paper . I was concerned that they would judge me by not taking my baby to get her shots on time as I should . Not because I’m opposed to it, but she was always sick when the time came . I didn’t think it was ideal to get it at the time when she was unwell . It has definitely been awhile and DR. Largen was very patient, friendly, and didn’t judge me in any way . She gave me an option and made sure if I was comfortable to give her 3 shots or not and we agreed to 2 shots at a time til she catches up . Thanks to Michelle Tompkins for the recommendation . I probably wouldn’t have found DR. Largen if it wasn’t for her comment in my past post . Thank you to DR. Largen and her wonderful staff as well . I definitely recommend !

If you think your child has RSV or bronchiolitis, it is important to keep your child hydrated and monitor for fever or shortness of breath. Contact your child’s doctor, who can test for RSV and provide recommendations to keep your child safe at home. Respiratory Syncytial Virus, or RSV, may appear like a bad cold to adults. For infants or young children, RSV can cause bronchiolitis -- a virus which causes swelling and an increase in mucus in the airway. This can cause difficulty breathing through their nose and eventually dehydration due to difficulty latching to the breast or bottle for infants. Other symptoms of RSV may include a fever or a very wet sounding cough, which can turn into coughing fits. Those coughing fits can cause a child to gag and potentially vomit.
