If I could give them zero stars I would they are very unprofessional, rude, they say one thing then the next day it’s something else, they just working to keep peoples money, I guess they not making enough I would advise you guys to be careful before you get an apartment there these people might seem helpful at first but will take advantage of you

Would give this place zero stars if I could, the management is extremely rude and never willing to help. They repainted the apartment above and next to mine when the tenants moved out and I had to call the fire department to figure out where the toxic fumes were coming from because the management was incredibly unhelpful even as I said that I had a pet to worry about breathing in anything harmful. The next time my apartment smelled like paint I went down to the office to ask if they could open the windows of the apartment being painted, I also asked if they could send a maintenance person because I obviously have holes in the AC duct since I can smell it so profusely, the woman I spoke to just kept saying "well yeah what do you expect you live in an apartment complex". I had to patch a huge hole with duct tape in the AC mechanism from the first incident that the fire department pointed out and said that's how the smell was getting into the apartment. When maintenance finally came to visit me that time, they made a joke of "oh yeah, that tape is good since you know we aren't going to replace the entire thing" - it is just unfathomable how they raised the price of rent so much when they did not change a single thing and talking to management is like speaking to a brick wall. Whatever you do, do not stay here unless you're willing to take a gamble that something will not happen that would require you to call for maintenance - which is less than 1% in this complex. Also, special shout out that half of the equipment in the gym does not work (which management is aware of) and the garbage cans by the picnic area and dog waste stations are rarely changed out even though the bins become extremely overloaded within a few days.

Visited my daughter here... the hot water heated has caved in the floor 😳 and they are doing nothing about it but they went up on the rent

I have had the worst possible experience living here! The staff changes very frequently, but it seems they need to change the hiring process! Staff in the office are rude and will tell you anything just to get you to sign the lease. If I could give zero stars I would!
