As a Marriott member this is our very bad experience here. Never expected this , We found the bedbugs in the bed when I told her in the front office she is behaving like it’s normal. Not cleaned at all, ice maker is broken ,Breakfast was just for a name , feel like nothing is there. Lots of stuff. Really unhappy. They could have done better.

My apartment caught on fire so I was displaced and stayed at the Towneplace Suites while I figured out my housing situation - I specifically chose this hotel because it was close to my original location and because it advertised being pet-friendly. My studio suite was beautiful and clean, but my issue is about the Pet Policy and the poor communication regarding this. A couple days after staying there, I received a voicemail from Jordan, the Assistant General Manager, stating that he wanted me to call him back because my dog has been barking all night (which is not true because I literally slept in the same room as my dog???). I returned his phone call and he let me know there people were complaining about my dog barking at night and during the day. He then asked me if my dog was staying in the room alone during the day - I said well yes, I have to go to work during the day - and he said my dog couldn't stay alone during the day and it was against their Pet Policy. The only Pet Policy I was made aware of is listed on the website stating: 2 pets (30 lb. max per room) Non-refundable pet fee: $75 Per Stay Maximum pet weight: 30lbs I told him I would just have to end my extended stay then because obviously I don't have anyone else to stay with my dog. He just said OK. I had to leave the hotel and start try finding another temporary living situation again. My issue is not with the quality of cleanliness of this hotel, but the lack of compassion and lack of effort to try to help me.

First things first—do not book through a 3rd party. Call the hotel directly. WAY cheaper that way! I saved over $80 on an unexpected second night stay dealing with these FANTASTIC folks directly. This place is perfect! I don’t know if the folks around here are all just super kind and friendly or it’s just the staff here but every single one of them are super welcoming at all hours of the day. You can’t pass by any of them without them greeting you! It’s very, very nice and clean. The room is like a mini furnished apartment. It has everything you would need most likely. The bed and the pillows were the best I have ever encountered on a hotel stay. I usually can’t sleep well at all when staying at a hotel. The curtains block out all the light so that was helpful as well. There were several people staying here to work in the area and they were all very pleased with the amenities too. I will definitely be staying here next time I return to the area. My recommendation is just go on and book it!

Positive: Friendly helpful staff, comfortable mattress, amazing closet organizational system, loved the full sized fridge and dishes and silverware. Great location right off the highway but not noisy. Very nice breakfast bar with a lot of variety. Negative: No maid service after the first night, had to ask front desk for clean towels.
