Had a MRI today at 10 am walked in at 945 to a lady named Diane. Told her why I was there and the first thing she said was I hate my job. I said you should not hate anything. She said all this paperwork i just hate it. What a depressing time it was it was awful. I will stick with the rogers hospital

The front desk staff is very nice and the hospital is very clean, but I've been four times in the last month and a half they can't tell me what's wrong with me just keep sending me home and telling me to wait it out. I've had a bad experience with one of the nurses who was so rude I had to ask her to leave my room and when she refused the doctor had to tell her to leave on a different day one of the night shift doctors was so rude and dismissive he made me feel bad for coming in. I was crying and shaking for how bad the pain is and he's just told me my life's not in danger and to go home.

Nursing staff are great 98%of the time. Drs, well that is hit and miss. Don’t ever need to change scripts cause insurance won’t cover something they scribed. They have been rude to me and my pharmacist when we tried calling to get me help. So I am here doubled over in pain crying waiting to stroke out from high blood pressure or it to resolve itself. The nurse I spoke to today was not helpful and short with me. The Dr was unhelpful to the pharmacist that called trying to help me out. I had him call cause nurse said they wont change it unless a pharmacist calls. So the place I thought was great has twice now failed me. That was the last 2 times I have gone there. Something changed and not for the better! Try somewhere else. Even the hospital that almost killed me is preferred at this point!!!
