Well, I first gave them 1 star due to certain reasons. I drove back after I got home and saw this horrible scratch on my car from the machine was. I thought that it was going to have to be completely repainted. Keep in mind I am not a professional when it comes to cars or when it comes to paint at all or scratches. However, I show up and end up speaking to Jared the manager. Telling him what had happened. He had some scratch removal kit that you can get from AutoZone or O’Reilly’s. And was able to completely remove the scratch and then he also worked on other scratches around my car and got them removed other than one side that has a key scratch that will have to be taken to an auto body shop. Jared shared with me that all managers have to have detailing experience. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and this is why I am giving him five stars. Thank you Jared!!!!
