first photo was what my hair was supposed to be. she claimed she dyed it exactly like the picture. it’s frustrating, the second photo is the only decent picture i can i get. the other side issmeared and looks like she just darkened all my blond and didn’t do the streaks on the other side. now we have to spend more money to fix it after already spending like $200 for something i didn’t even ask for. it would’ve looked better if she dyed it like the picture but she went about dying it completely diff from the og photo and said it was a right. she offered to fix it but it literally could only get worse. i’m so sad i can’t even do what i wanted to begin with bc she dyed it wrong now i have to wait for the black to fade.

Now I understand why this location has 3.4 stars. I was looking for a particular palette for my niece's birthday and this location was one of the many that popped up that may have it. I called the store prior to heading over and a woman answered, said her tagline really fast beyond being able to understand what she was saying or offering (under maybe 4 seconds at most.) and as soon as I could respond, I heard a click as she hung up. I said, "hello" a few times then I hear the dial tone. Maybe it was my phone. I called again, same person answers the phone, prior to her completing her tagline I pretty much interrupted her just in case she hangs up again for me not responding fast enough. I let her know kindly that I believe she hung up on me and her response was with an attitude "I didn't hear anything so I hung up.". I did not let her know when I called the second time, that she didn't even give me enough time to respond. I asked her about the new palette that Jaclyn Hill released "the vault" if they had it in stock?With an attitude she replied "We don't carry the vault only online @ Morphe." And that they only carried her 4 new palettes, not the box. So I asked "are the single palettes the vault?" Then she went to say "Again, we don't have the vault just her 4 pallets." So now I'm thinking to myself maybe my niece told me the wrong thing or maybe I'm explaining it wrong. I went on to Google and searched "the vault", the first thing that popped up was what I was looking for. So for me, working in a cosmetic store, I would assume, (As bad as it is to assume.) That as an associate no matter the level, should know what's going on or being asked about without attitude. I work in retail as well currently and I fully understand how to customer service. By the time I get there, mind you, it was only a 13 min drive, only ONE of the FOUR palettes was available and she said they had FOUR! First time shopping at an ULTA, will never be back. I'll continue to shop at Sephora, and if they don't have it, online. *I have attached screenshots of my Google searches and my call log to this location.
