We love the front office staff they’re super friendly and very accommodating. The vet really went out of her way to make sure we understood all aspects of the care given to our animals. I really appreciate the fact that they cleared all of the services to be being done to the dogs prior to actually doing anything. We felt really well-informed and very confident in the decisions that we were making. The follow up care was really executed well and the vet reached out directly to make sure that we understood everything. We are really loving the fact that they are open seven days a week they offer boarding and pet grooming services it’s a one stop shop for us which is really convenient. Our vet recently retired and we switched over to the Huntington Beach Animal Hospital and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Wish we had found this place sooner. Wonderful, wonderful facility. This is a large clinic with multiple doctors - the place is super clean, with friendly atmosphere, runs with the efficiency of a well-oiled machine, staff are helpful, nice, and clearly love pets. Dr. Ann Ichikawa's experience and skill literally saved our dog's life by quickly recognizing that he had cancer before tests confirmed it, then helping us coordinate care with specialists. We've also seen Dr. Gross and Dr. Burpo, and all are excellent. We are also so appreciative of their requirement of masks and other protocols as we have family at higher risk of serious Covid. They still offer curbside, but you can also come in with your dog, and the techs and doctors come to waiting area to discuss. On the day our dog was diagnosed with cancer, they let me wait in a special "caring room", which was so helpful at the time. Other nice perk is food and delivery service, which we have also used. Highly recommend!

I would give 6 stars if I could! Dr.Burpo and all of the staff have made us feel so comfortable. They are well priced, don’t try to “up-sell” products or push services, they explain everything fully, and most importantly they’re caring, considerate, and loving. Highly recommend, we are very happy!
