I purchased a 1412 bandsaw about a year ago and I've always had a little trouble getting it dialed in, so I finally reached out to Laguna to see if I needed to replace some parts and what not. This was the first real bandsaw I had purchased, and I really didn't have a lot of experience with them, so I needed a lot of help. I wrote an email asking a bunch of simple questions, and Travis Day was the rep that responded. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I emailed him several times over the course of a few weeks and we finally figured out what it was. Thanks Travis for all the help and not making me feel bad for asking such simple questions.

I recently purchased a Laguna BX 14 inch 2 1/2 hp bandsaw. I initially had problems with aligning the wheels so the blade tracked properly. I contacted Laguna's customer service and had a great experience working with them. They tried to walk me through some fixes over the phone which did not work at which point they had a carrier pick up the bandsaw and replaced it with a brand new one. They even gave me a brand new replacement blade to make sure it tracked properly. I am extremely pleased with the new saw and can’t speak more highly of Zoey and Travis from customer service who assisted me. Great tool and great customer service I will be a customer for life

Can't say enough about the SmartShop EX 150 Laser that we recently purchased. Lasers can be a little finicky. The machine is great, but the phone support we got from Braden today was far and away the best that I've ever had. Braden was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. Walked me through a lens alignment today and explained it in a way that made sense! Laguna is a great company with great products, but what makes the difference with lasers (after having owned a few) is the customer service. I was in search of a dust collector unit for my shop when i discovered the CFLUX 3 after hours and hours of research. After assembly i had some minor issues with the circuit board and the on switch, i contacted Laguna tools after registering my tool and was immediately contacted back. I could not be happier with the timely response to these issues within a week i had both replacement parts and have the machine running at full capacity. This experience with Laguna has been amazing and i look forward to doing business with them again. Case #83898

Hello Sam, We apologize that no warranty card comes with any of our tools. As with all of our Laguna Tools, all we require is a simple machine registration via our website and a copy of your receipt or purchase. I apologize for any inconvenience. and I will bring up perhaps having warranty card added to our products.

You might have a tough time getting it to stay in track but it will work. Just don't over tighten it. They will break.
