Pretty hit or miss depending on when you’re there I have noticed, but in recent visits it’s been nothing but good! Two noteable bad experiences in the last year; once ordered the stuffed shells and they were borderline still frozen on the plate. Another time had some sour wedding soup. Other than that it really is a great place, friendly staff and good food. I recommend the Italian hoagie, Buffalo chicken dip with Pita (ask for it soft, many times will come out hard, borderline burnt), and their fries are great! I would pass on wedding soup, it’s just okay in the grand scheme of soups.

Went here on a Saturday night, they sat us and we ordered. Took about 1:45 hours to get our food and when we asked where our food was we were told “that’s how it goes”. No I’m sorry, nothing like that. The picture below was what we found In our chicken wrap, I guess “that’s how it goes”. If they were so behind on help, a heads up before we sat down would suffice. Instead they sat us down and our waitress was extremely miserable. Almost like she didn’t want us there. A person in my party ordered an Italian hoagie that was absolutely torched. I’ve never been so embarrassed bringing people to a restaurant. I will never recommend this place or come again. First review I’ve ever wrote. Never been so upset with a restaurant that I felt the need to do this.

Disappointing experience. Stopped by for dinner and drinks Friday April 1st after work with a group of coworkers. Everything started out good but went down hill quickly. The waitresses seemed to forget about us, we had to flag her down for refills. She brought out appetizers but no plates for the group. Then as our food was coming out, only half the people got their food. Her excuse was it's very busy and the kitchen is running behind.......that would of been a good reason however we watched tables come in well after we ordered and received their food before us. When I asked how that's even possible I never got a response. Now it was a Friday during lent and they were busy, but we all ordered the "specials ". The tables receiving their food before us all had ordered the specials also. That's why I was confused as to why ours took over a hour almost a hour and half to receive. Then once I personally got my sandwich, they never brought the side that was supposed to come with it. By this time our waitresses swapped us to another waitresses, who said she'd take care of it. We got our bill and she gave us a 5 dollar discount, but was charged the full amount when she ran the card. Thanks forno discount and no side for my sandwich. We'll find another restaurant to attend after work.

Great little spot! I’ve come here a few times with large parties following shows at the Theatre Factory. The team here has become familiar with the group and is always really good to us. On my most recent trip, the dining room was closed when we got there so we had to go to the bar. The bartender was so nice to us and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Really nice little spot with decent prices and something for everyone.
