These people are rude and one of them yelled at my 8 year old son and cursing him out because he jumped into the pool while someone wasn’t on the job. They were all talking and got distracted not doing their job and yelled for no reason. The place is all messed up and very dangerous. My son fell down the dangerous stair and the bathroom is dark and no light and smells like rotten eggs

the entire facility needs to be renovated. the walls were moldy and filled with cracks, the bathrooms were horrendous (no lights, outdated, smelled rotten, and felt like you were in a dungeon. bathrooms were completely unkept, secluded and dangerous). The chairs were rusty, there was poison ivy all around the gate areas near the basketball hoop (a worker even told us to keep watch of this!) the basketball courts were outdated, had no netting, and the pavements were all lopsided. Easy for kids to fall and hurt themselves. DEFINITELY need more professional staff. If I was reading this I’d try the pool down the road.

Clean but the water is always cold. Great staff

I used to love this pool, but it's deteriorated (see photos). They raised the rates significantly for everyone except Royal Ranch residents, while the quality goes down every year. The old board made great efforts to keep the pool nice and it had a family feel. Not anymore. The paint is peeling everywhere and the furniture is mismatched, rusted and in disrepair. The soda and vending machine were old 20 years ago. They shortened their hours and stopped celebrating holidays. Down the street, the Commonpoint pool costs a little more but it's beautiful! It has tennis courts, a batting cage a full snack bar, a gym, theme days, etc. etc.

It is a private pool, it is not free, it requires a seasonal membership
Yes, for guests of members, $10
No, it is not a public pool, and it is not free. The membership price is much cheaper for the people who live in the Royal Ranches area, more expensive for outsiders
It belongs to the royal ranch community.
