I came here 7 years ago in 2015 and they fixed my problem. I came again today in 2022 and they fixed my tire balance issue that discount tire tried multiple times on. Good place. They do road force balance right, so if that's what you want, and you want it done right. . .Come here

I purchased a luxury vehicle from this dealership 4 months ago, the buying experience was good, spent over $70,000. 2 days later i discovered the back door latch didn't lock. I called immediately, my sales person said because this is a out of town purchase(2 hours away) we will drive down, leave you a car , repair and return your vehicle. I thought GREAT, what awesome customer service. Well the manager rodney maddox stopped that and had the salesperson to tell me to take it to my local dealership for repair. I was disappointed because i had to miss work for a couple of hours and felt i shouldn't be bothering with ANY repairs within days of purchase. I swallowed hard and did just that. Now i have driven 8,000 miles and need tires. All rodney maddox has to say is we replaced 2 front tires and the rear was ok during the cert on that car. during the conversation he overtalked me, his tone was harsh and he had no concerns with me having to spend money on a new vehicle. i expressed to him that i was disappointed with the company not willing to stand behind the Mercedes Brand or his company service and that i would write a review of his treatment and he replied i was going to pass this to my GM but since you said that i wont and hung up on me. This company is horrible, i understand things can be overlooked but that's the time an reputable company make things right. I know they show good reviews, but they have treated me very disheartening . I don't know if it's because i don't live in SC or that I'm a women. Rodney should be in no one's management position. Do not buy from this company, the days are over of treating people that are different from you DIFFERENT and UNFAIRLY

They can.
You need to contact the Carlton Custom on Highway 14 in Greer. They work mostly on cars there. The one on Pleasantburg primarily works on trucks and lift kits and light bars and things like that.
They specialize in jeeps and trucks mostly. Give them a call, they might be able to help you out.
