Went there because my car was making a Tic sound, it was on a Saturday afternoon, the guy listened to the car for a hot second tells me it's an exhaust leak, to bring to the dealership.. Isn't that the point of using Firestone, so we don't have go to the dealership because they rip you off??? I have been using Firestone for years at Premier Auto in NY so quite disappointed in this one. Made an appointment to another location.. Let's see how that goes

Had a tire ordered for my chevy camaro ss..Those tires are hard to come by I might add and expensive..The tire makes it to the shop and magically disappears even though it was showing still in inventory had to go NTB just to get a tire. I told them about my situation & how they lost my tire they laughed & were confused as to how that could happen they gave me a discount on the tire.

Called the number on Google and it sent me to the call center and the lady said she set me up an appointment for 5 p.m so I waited all day to bring it in just for them to tell me I didn't have an appointment and I should have called them directly
