Paid 600 to have my car towed from Charleston to Greenville to have my car tuned. Upon arrival the tow truck driver said was informed no tuner was available today and I would have to let my car sit at the shop over the weekend and pay another 600 to have it picked back up. No kind of understanding from the shop about the extra money I would have to pay due to the shop missing a appointment. Very unprofessional period. Left me in a bad spot. On top of calling me back on the phone to argue with me. Me leaving my car over the weekend want apart of the plan. I wasted 600 dollars for transportation. The customer loose. You could of called and told me not to come again not wait till 11 am when the driver gets there Highly recommend another shop. I chooses you because you hadzero wait so that tells alot about your business Call rpm ask about me.I’m a great customer. Repeating customer. You swear at me imma swear at you period. You guys are not professional when you are wrong.
