I stopped at a precision Tune Auto Care today, 9/17 around 130pm to get my coolant topped off. A guy came from the back to see what I needed. As he walked up, he looked like he was upset. I asked if he could top off my coolant because the light came on the dash. I’ve been here several times in the past for coolant top offs and oil changes. Coolant top offs are usually free. The guy said “Well, you can go down the street to O’reilly’s and top it off yourself!” I was confused by his rude response. Then, he told me that he would have to charge me for topping the coolant off. Most auto repair/ oil change businesses don’t charge their customers to top off coolant. The guy was Caucasian with a tattoo on his arm. He said that they are under a new management team now and they charge customers for coolant top offs. I will not come to this location again. The guy was extremely rude!!! I think it is crazy to charge for coolant when everyone else offers that service for free. Awful service!!!

Always quick, reasonably priced, and helpful. I appreciate them being open on Saturdays and amenable to car drop offs so that I can still go about my day. They don't ask to add unnecessary charges or items. If there is a pricing mistake, they will fix it. They often have good deals as well on services.

Someone else had recommended this place to me previously for A/C work. I've used them twice now and have had great experiences both times. Once was a few years back they recharged an expedition for me which still blows cold today. More recently I brought in my mustang as the A/C had stopped cooling thinking it needed to be recharged. They recharged it, then discovered my compressor was not spinning. I asked them to recover what they had put in, so I could replace the parts myself. Just over a week later I returned to have the system recharged again and they did so for NO CHARGE! What a surprise, and great customer service! Would definitely see them again and recommend them to anyone.
