Very good spot for tennis when it gets cold they usually have it covered and you can go play the coaches there are really good depending on who you book some help you out to be better more than other but I grew love for this place

We were told to come in 3 hours later after we already had arrived, because it had rained the night before, and the "courts weren't ready". However, the ground didn't look wet at all. The courts looked fine. So we had to find something else to do all morning. Crazy.

Yes, you can lock it to one of the steel loops in front of the courts.
If you have a NYC tennis permit, you can try walking in and book a court at no cost. If you want to book online or book the court over the weekends, there is a cost associated. Sometimes $15, and other times $32.
